We have personally suffered from cervical and lumbar disc conditions ourselves so we truly understand the pain, limitation, and the depression caused by not being able to accomplish the simplest of tasks. We have successfully utilized spinal decompression therapy to help relieve nerve impingement and tension caused by protruding discs.
We use a simple 3 step therapy system: Use one or combination of EMS and Moist heat to relax and loosen up surrounding soft tissue and increase blood supply to the area being treated. Decompression (traction) Therapy machines used to gently stretch the spine allowing breathing room for the disc and the nerves exiting from the spine thus reducing nerve impingement and pain.
Spinal Decompression Therapy unavoidably causes stretching of the surrounding soft tissue, so we apply cryotherapy (ice) to the treated area to reduce chance of inflammation and cause slight numbing effected and relaxation.
